1. The Break-Even Price Formula

Here is the correct algebraic formula:
Example:
- Product Cost + Shipping + FBA Fee = $10.00 (Fixed Costs)
- Amazon Referral Fee = 15% (0.15)
- Math: $10.00 / (1 – 0.15) = $10.00 / 0.85 = $11.76
You must sell at $11.76 just to break even. Any lower, and you lose money.
